My career started in network management for European and Middle Eastern telecoms. Then Nokia, where I led a team of 30 product managers and built award-winning products for tens of millions of phones. Next came Microsoft, building developer tools. After that F-Secure, heading corporate business across North America.
In 2020, Ilpo Niva and I co-founded A-CX, a boutique AI and software engineering company, right before a global pandemic made "boutique startup" feel like an optimistic description. We're still here. Now we help organizations move from AI experimentation to AI that actually runs in production.
I hold two master's degrees (Engineering and Economics) and a second-dan black belt in judo. I've visited 76 countries across six continents, lived in five countries, and hold dual citizenship in Finland and the USA. Home base is Dallas, TX.

He started his career in network management for European and Middle Eastern telecoms before joining Nokia, where he served as Head of Product Management for a business unit whose portfolio generated over $2 billion in annual revenue and reached tens of millions of phones worldwide. During his Nokia years he was a keynote speaker at global product launches, including a 1,000-person international press event in Jakarta with 100 journalists, and delivered analyst and press briefings across Europe and Asia. At Microsoft, he led the integration of Nokia and Microsoft developer ecosystems. Later, as a Microsoft partner, he co-produced and spoke at the Design. Code. Launch. Android ecosystem event. At F-Secure, he was VP responsible for North America corporate business. While there, he founded Cloud Protection for Salesforce, pitching the concept internally, building a team, partnering with Salesforce to enable the integration, and closing the first six-figure deal himself before rolling the product into F-Secure's global portfolio. Cloud Protection for Salesforce is now part of WithSecure.
In 2020, he co-founded A-CX. Today A-CX helps organizations move from AI experimentation to AI that runs in production. He has hosted 13+ recorded AI webinars and spoken at the Cloud & Collaboration Summit (Irving, TX), EACC Texas (Dallas, 2023 and 2026), FutureTech (Oulu, Finland), and the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce. His earlier speaking includes Nokia global product launches, analyst briefings, and press events across Europe and Asia.
